Creating a Playbook
To create a new playbook:
- Click Create Playbook on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create New Playbook.
- Click Next.
- Enter a name for the new playbook.
- [Optional] Enter an account, start date and a description for the playbook. If you leave the start date blank, it defaults to today.
- [Optional] To upload an image to the playbook description, click .
- Click Create.
To create a playbook from a template:
- Click Create Playbook on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create Playbook from Template.
- Click Next.
- Select the template you want to use.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Deselect the tasks that you don't want to copy to the new playbook.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] If the template contains a team, deselect the team members that you don't want to copy to the new playbook.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Update the name for the new playbook.
- [Optional] Enter an account, start date and a description for the playbook. If you leave the start date blank, it defaults to today. If you do not enter an account or description, they default from the template.
- [Optional] To upload an image to the playbook description, click .
- Click Create.
To create a new playbook template:
- Click Create Playbook Template on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create New Playbook Template.
- Click Next.
- Enter a name for the new playbook template.
- [Optional] Enter an account, start date and a description for the playbook. If you leave the start date blank, it defaults to today.
- [Optional] To upload an image to the playbook description, click .
- Click Create.
To create a playbook template from a template:
- Click Create Playbook Template on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select Create Playbook Template from Template.
- Click Next.
- Select the template you want to use.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Deselect the tasks that you don’t want to copy to the new playbook template.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] If the template contains a team, deselect the team members that you don’t want to copy to the new playbook template.
- Click Next.
- [Optional] Update the name for the new playbook template.
- [Optional] Enter an account, start date and a description for the playbook. If you leave the start date blank, it defaults to today. If you do not enter an account or description, they default from the template.
- [Optional] To upload an image to the playbook description, click .
- Click Create.
