These are the tasks that you must consider before installing CS Cloud January 2023.

Dependencies on Other FinancialForce Packages

You must install FinancialForce PSA Winter 2023 and FinancialForce Foundations Winter 2023 before installing CS Cloud.

Important Prerequisites for Installing CS Cloud

You must enable Folders and Enhanced Sharing before installing CS Cloud January 2023. To do this:

1. From Setup, navigate to Email | Lightning Email Templates.
2. Set the toggle to On to enable Folders and Enhanced Sharing.
