Revenue Management Lightning Components

FinancialForce provides the following Revenue Management custom Lightning components:

RM Schedule Pending Summary Alert Card An alert card component for displaying the amount of scheduled revenue that is pendingClosed A revenue schedule line has the status "Pending" if it is not yet available to be recognized. in a specific period, or in all periods up to a specific period. RM Schedules Grid A component where you can recognize revenue against revenue schedules. The grid displays revenue schedule lines summarized by company, currency, revenue stream, and period. For more information, see Revenue Recognition Page. Revenue Recognition Lightning App Page
RM Schedule Summary Alert Card An alert card component for displaying the amount of revenue scheduled to be recognized in a specified period. For more information, see Revenue Recognition Alert Cards. Revenue Recognition Lightning App Page
RM Actions - Summer 22 An updated version of the RM Actions component, for use if you have switched to recognizing revenue against revenue schedules. Revenue Recognition Lightning App Page
RM Actions

A component providing access to some processes that run in the background.

Note:

The Recognize All process is only relevant if you are recognizing revenue against source records (sometimes known as ActualsClosed Refers to the original revenue recognition process where staging data is generated for source records. The Recognize Revenue page and Recognize All use this process.. If you are recognizing revenue against revenue schedules, we recommend you use the RM Actions - Summer 22 Lightning component.

RM Source Unavailable Summary Alert Card An alert card component for displaying the total recognized revenue on revenue schedules with the status "Source Unavailable", and the number of revenue schedules with this status. RM Schedule On Hold Summary Alert Card An alert card component for displaying the amount of scheduled revenue that is on holdClosed Revenue schedule lines are withheld from being recognized if their parent revenue schedule has the status "On Hold". in a specific period, or in all periods up to a specific period. You can add the components to other Lightning pages if necessary.

Adding Components to a Lightning Page

To add a component to a Lightning page:

  1. From Setup, navigate to the Lightning App Builder.
  2. Navigate to the Lightning page that you want to add a component to.
  3. Click and drag a component on to the relevant part of the Lightning page layout.
  4. [Optional] Use the options in the component properties to configure the component.
  5. Save and activate the Lightning page.
