Assigning the Einstein Next Best Action - Update Skills Component to Page Layouts

To display the Einstein Next Best Action - Update Skills component to resources, we recommend that you or your administrator assign it to the Services Delivery Workspace. For more information, see Setting up the Services Delivery Workspace.

Note:

PSA Workspaces are not currently part of the PSA Core product. Contact Certinia Onboarding to have the PSA Workspaces package installed into your org.

To add the component to the Services Delivery Workspace, perform the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Services Delivery Workspace.
2. Click | Edit Page.
3. From Components, select Einstein Next Best Action, and drag it to your preferred location on the page.
4. Select your Strategy Source as Strategy Builder.
5. Select your preferred Action Strategy. For example, "Manage Skills Strategy".
6. Click Save.
