Team Schedule Fields

Here is a description of the fields that make up a Team Schedule record.

Key: * – Mandatory field

Field   Description
Effective Date   The date on which the schedule begins.
Is Locked   Indicates if a schedule is marked as locked. By default, selecting this field does not impact the Team Schedule Planner UI. You can use this checkbox field to initiate a process you build to work with Team Schedule Planner.
Notes   Notes for the team schedule.
Send Notifications   If selected, indicates a user has clicked Send Schedule to All from the Team Schedule Planner. You can use this checkbox to for custom triggers or workflows to send notifications to team members.
Status   The status of the team schedule.
Team   The Team associated with the schedule.
Team Schedule Template   A lookup to the Team Schedule Template.
