Profit and Loss Actual v Budget Report
The Accounting Reporting Expansion Pack contains an example report that compares actual values against budgets.
To see this report:
- Click the Reports tab.
- Select the latest Certinia Period Close Reports folder.
- Click the name of the Profit and Loss Actual v Budget Report.
As you can see, its filter criteria includes a separate line of each entity

However, in your own custom report we recommend that you replace the entity and dimension lines with a single line that references an appropriate intersect definition Defines the storage of actual period balances..
