Use these fields in the Email Templates custom setting to override the standard email templates used when sending invoices, purchase orders, customer quotations and sourcing requests.
| Custom Field | Description |

| InvoiceEmail | Name of the email template to be used when an invoice is sent. |
| Location | Indicates the user, profile or organization to which these custom fields apply. You can configure this custom setting for your entire organization, a profile or for a particular user. |
| POEmail | Name of the email template to be used when a purchase order is sent. |
| QuoteEmail |
Name of the email template to be used when sending a customer quotation from the Customer Quotation page. |
| QuoteSent | Name of the custom template to be used when attaching a quote to the quote object but no email is to be sent. This is used when a quote is automatically sent. If no value is entered, the QuoteSent template in the LSTemplates email folder is used. |
| RFQEmail | Name of the Email template to be used when sending a Sourcing Request from the Sourcing Request page. |
