Action Views Home

Click the Action Views tab to inquire on your document or balance details. The data displayed by an action view is read-only and is subject to normal Salesforce security, so you will only be able to view data that you have permission to see.

For information about the setup required to run action views, see About Action Views. Typically dataviews and action view templates are configured by System Administrators, but accountant users may also take responsibility for maintaining action view templates.

Note:

When setting up and running action views, dates are shown using GMT. The time zone specified for your Salesforce user is not applied. And where date/time fields are used, the time is assumed to be midnight of the specified date.
