Cloning a Publication

You can create a full clone of publications. When you create a full clone of a publication the fields and link control subscriptions associated with that publication are also cloned. The Salesforce clone feature does not clone the fields and link control subscriptions associated with a publication.

Managed publications can only be cloned if they have a sending hook. For more information, see Sending Hook.

To clone a publication:

1. Click Full Clone on the Detail page of the publication that you want to clone.
2. Click Clone to confirm the action.

To identify a clone:

• '(clone)' is added to the publication name
• '_clone' is added to the identifier

This text is also added if a clone is subsequently cloned.
