The PSA Analytics Overview Dashboard components display a summary of your key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as complementary graphs that enable you to visualize your business trends. You can navigate to the KPI specific dashboard to view further details by clicking the View Details button or the title for any of the components.
The Overview dashboard contains the following components:

Includes the average actual bill rate KPI and its complementary graph enabling you to view the average actual and scheduled billings for the current fiscal quarter. |
| Billings | S | Includes the KPIs for the actual and scheduled billings, as well as a complementary graph displaying a comparison of the sum of actual and scheduled billings for the current fiscal quarter. |
| Backlog | S | Includes the backlog billings KPI and its complementary graph enabling you to view the sum of backlog amount grouped by the first level of region hierarchy for the current fiscal quarter. |
| Total Utilization | S |
Includes the total utilization (historical + scheduled) KPI and its complementary graph displaying the target rate versus the target attainment for the current fiscal quarter. |
| Capacity | S | Includes the capacity hours percentage KPI and its complementary graph displaying the sum of the remaining capacity hours for the current fiscal quarter. |
| Forecasts | O |
Replaces the Total Hours component. Includes KPIs for the services forecast's expected, best case, and worst case scenarios for the current fiscal quarter, as well as a chart for comparison. By default, this dashboard displays is the most recently generated calculation for the region with the top hierarchy level assigned and current quarter time period. If no calculation for the top level region exists the dashboard displays the latest calculation for the top level practice and if it does not exist then it picks the calculation for the top level group. |
