Managing Team Schedule Templates

From the Manage Schedule Templates tab, you can create new team schedule templates or edit existing team schedule templates.

Creating a Team Schedule Template

  1. Choose the Manage Schedule Templates tab on the Team Schedule Planner page.
  2. Click Create Template.
  3. Complete the fields for Edit Template Fields.
  4. To create additional time slots in a template, click . To delete existing time slot entries, click .
    Note:

    Team schedule templates have a minimum of one time slot. You cannot delete the last time slot in a team schedule template.

  5. Click Apply Changes.
  6. Click Save.

Editing Team Schedule Templates

To edit existing team schedule templates:

  1. Access the Team Schedule Planner page from the PSE Links sidebar on the Home tab, with the Open Team Scheduler button on the Manage Team page, or from the Team tab.
  2. On the Team Schedule Planner page, select the Manage Schedule Templates tab.
  3. Select a team.
  4. Click to edit the template.
  5. Edit the fields as described in Edit Template Fields.
  6. Click Apply Changes.
  7. Click Save.
