Here is a description of the fields and buttons in the team schedule planner.
Key: R – Read-only

| Availability | R | The percentage of time available for the indicated team member, based on the work calendar associated with the resource. |
| Hours Scheduled | R | The hours scheduled for the week, including assignments that fall outside of the shift assignment. |
| Team Member | R | The initials of the team member. |
| Weekend Total | R | The total hours for weekend shifts associated with the team member for the indicated week. |
| Weekly Total | R | The total hours for weekday shifts associated with the team member for the indicated week. |
