Team Schedule Planner Buttons and Indicators

These are buttons and indicators used in the Team Schedule Planner:

Buttons

Button or Control   Description

>		   Navigation buttons between calendar weeks.
  Date selector. Click to select a calendar day.
  Delete entry.
  Edit entry.
Copy Schedule   Copy a previous week's schedules or schedules and assignments.  For more information, see Copying a Team Schedule.
Create Template   Create a new template.
Link to this page   Provides a direct link to the specific Team Schedule Planner page. For more information, see Linking to a Team Schedule Planner Page.
Lock Staffing Schedule/
Unlock Staffing Schedule		  

A toggle button you can use to select or deselect the Is Locked field on the Team Schedule. This button displays if the Enable Lock Schedule field is selected in the Team Permissions custom setting.

Note:

This button does not lock or unlock a schedule, by default. It can be used to tie into a process you build to tie into Team Schedule Planner.
Send Schedule To All   Sets the Send Schedule field in the Team Schedule object to true. If your administrator has configured a process to send notifications, clicking this button sends schedule notifications to team members. For more information, see Sending Team Schedule Notifications. To suppress this button from display, deselect the Enable Send Notifications field in the Team Permissions custom setting.
  Reload data.
  Save changes.

Indicators

Indicator   Description
  An available spot on a time slotClosed A work shift in a team schedule..
  A partially available spot on a time slotClosed A work shift in a team schedule..


 

An assigned spot on a time slotClosed A work shift in a team schedule.. The team member's initials display in the spot. This assignment has no indicated conflicts with other assignments.
  A saved shift assignment.
  An assigned spot on a time slotClosed A work shift in a team schedule. with a potential schedule conflict.
  A spot on a time slotClosed A work shift in a team schedule. that has a conflict with another shift management assignment.
  The spot on the time slotClosed A work shift in a team schedule. is not available to the team member.
  Change indicator for team schedule templates.
  A team member has swapped shifts with another team member in the indicated time slot.
