Here is a description of the fields that make up a Team Membership record.
Key: * – Mandatory field

| Team | * | The team to which the team member is assigned. |
| Team Member | * | The team member that is assigned to the team. |
| Team Member Initials |
The initials that display for a team member indicator. This value accepts a maximum of three characters. Initials auto-increment from 1 to 9 when added in the Team Schedule Planner. For example, if you enter Alex Brown as "AB", then adding Andrew Barrick shows as "AB1". You can override the auto-increment function by manually changing the initials. |

| Team Scheduler Permission | The Team permission associated with the Team Member. The value displays in Team Schedule Planner as a text value and as an integer in the Team Membership Detail record. Valid values are: 0 (None), 1 (View), or 2 (Edit). |
