About Team Permission Controls

Team permission controls apply to a team A group of resources who work together during a regularly-scheduled daily shift. as part of Shift Management. Team permission controls apply to the Manage Team, Team Schedule Planner, and native Salesforce team pages.

Permission Control	Permissions Granted
Team Create	Create teams with the Manage Team page. This permission must be associated with an RPG Abbreviation of region, practice, group. with the Cascade Permission field selected, as needed.
Team Edit	Edit and view team-related pages in Shift Management. This permission is associated only with a Team and does not cascade.  Do not select Cascade Permission when assigning this permission.
Team View	View (read-only access) team-related pages in Shift Management. This permission is associated only with a Team and does not cascade.  Do not select Cascade Permission when assigning this permission.

Note:

To create teams with the Team Create permission, you must also have the necessary Salesforce CRUD Create Read Update Delete and FLS Field Level Security permissions.
