You can control this behavior through the "handleProjectTrigger.SetActualsNeedRecalc" trigger setting. Projects for which actuals need to be recalculated are included when you recalculate project actuals for selected projects, either manually or on a schedule. Milestones may contribute to flat External Cost if the External Cost field is completed, and the Log Cost as External checkbox is selected. For example, when you count subcontractor fees as a flat cost amount that helped you reach the milestone and achieve the billings. |

Other Costs | Any other project costs.
