Bottom-Up Planning

Bottom-up planning comprises a set of pages, objects and settings that allow you to build out project plans from the project task level through resource requests to eventual assignments. You can use bottom-up planning to determine the budget and resources required to deliver a project.

Bottom-up planning allows you to estimate your ability to deliver on open opportunities based on capacity requirements. This reduces risk and provides key information to your Sales teams. You can also use the information to create a Statement of Works (SOW) or quote.
