Supported Browsers and Zoom Levels

Supported Browsers

Apart from the exceptions below, FinancialForce PSA Version 16.6 SP2 supports the same browsers that Salesforce supports. See "Supported Browsers" in the Salesforce Help for detailed information. Make sure that popup blockers are disabled for Salesforce in your browser settings.

Exceptions to Browsers Supported by Salesforce

Exceptions are as follows:

• FinancialForce PSA is generally compatible with Internet Explorer 10.0 or later.
• Safari for Windows is not supported and there are known issues related to its use.
• PSA does not currently support Microsoft Edge.
• Touch screen devices might not be compatible with particular PSA pages. For example, Resource and Project Planners, and Project Task Gantt.

Supported Zoom Levels

You can change the zoom level of your browser to adjust the screen display. In PSA we support any zoom level in standard Salesforce UIs. However, we only support 100% zoom level in non-standard UIs, for example, Time Entry, due to potential display inconsistencies in different browser and version combinations.
