About Customer Statements

Customer statements contain lists of unpaid or part-paid documents for a customer account during the previous month.

You can create a rule that will automatically select the accounts with unpaid or part-paid documents, so that you can send statements to those customers. You can review the list of accounts that have been selected and exclude them from the customer statement process, if required. Excluded accounts are still available for you to send statements

Note:
If you put a customer account on hold for collections, it is excluded from the customer statements process. Accounts on hold are not displayed in the accounts list and statements are not sent for these accounts.
