Customer Statement Rule Fields

These are the fields that are displayed on the Customer Statement Rule object.

Description

Active   A checkbox indicating if the rule is active.
Automated  

A checkbox indicating if the rule is automated. This is used by the batch job to send customer statements automatically, at the time in the Preferred Start Time field.

Company * Lookup to the name of the company that you want to send customer statements from.
Customer Statement Rule Name * The name of the customer statement rule. Up to 80 characters in length.
Description   Description of the customer statement rule.
Preferred Start Time   If you have selected the Automated checkbox, you can enter the time at which you want to send customer statements.
Sender Email Address   Lookup to the org-wide email addresses available to send customer statements from. If 'None' is selected, statements are sent from the email address of the user who starts the customer statements process.
Statement Due Day of the Month *

A picklist of the day of the month that you want to send customer statements on. You can select:

  • 1 to 31
  • Last

If you select 29 or higher, customer statements will not be sent in months with fewer than that number of days. For example, if you select 29, customer statements will not be sent in February, except in a leap year. If you select 31, customer statements will not be sent in February, April, June, September, and November. If you select Last, customer statements will always be sent on the last day of the month, regardless of the number of days in the month

Statement Email Template ID   A picklist of Classic email templates that you can use for sending customer statements.
