Reminders Fields

The following fields are available for Reminders

Reminders

The following fields are displayed on the Reminders home page.

Field		Description
Collections Space		A lookup to the Collections Space that the reminder was generated from.
Reminder Reference Number		An auto-generated number. Click the number to view the reminder details.
Reminder Rule		A lookup to the reminder rule used to generate the reminder.
Reminders Excluded		The number of reminders excluded from the process.
Reminders Sent		The number of reminders sent.
Reminders With Errors		The number of reminders that have errors.
Total		The total number or reminders sent, reminders excluded and reminders with errors.
Total Number of Errors		The total number of errors.
Total Number of Logs		The total number of reminder logs.

Field		Description
Status		The status of the reminder.

The following additional fields are displayed in the Job Status section on the Reminder Details page.

Field		Description
Apex Job ID		The ID of the Apex Job used to generate the reminders.
Batch Process		The ID of the batch process used to send the reminders.
Batch Process Status		The status of the batch process.
Progress Info		A status bar showing the progress of the reminder process.
